Gazda takes a little bit from each of our sourdough ryes, mixes them together and yields a dense but delicate, lightly sweet sourdough. We start with the dark rye base of Sami Swoi, and some bread starter and rye flour from Wojskowy. The finishing touch of honey makes Gazda a well-balanced option for those who are looking for a fresh sourdough with no added yeast that isn’t overly tangy.
